This bathroom heater works fantastic. You will not be disappointed. Installation was as easy as they say it is. Very simple. Remote control means no switches. Zero instead of 3 or 4. I removed the plug and direct wired it in. 12 gage wire fits snug but still fits. If you look at their wiring and your romex you can see how it is supposed to be. I am not an electrician. If you can run a tape measure and a screw driver you can install this. I was going to include pictures but I couldn’t get them to download. I have trouble operating a phone but I can install this. Five stars for the company and five stars for the product:) Very satisfied.
