The builder of our house used these faucets in our main bathroom. One of them started dripping and wouldn't stop even after replacing the internal parts. I lucked up to find the exact replacement I needed at an excellent price.Pretty easy to install. Wasn't lacking any parts. My sink size is 16" x 11". This gives extra 3 inches clearance height for me and it comes out about an extra 2.5 to 3" from installed base.It replaced an American standard faucet in the bathroom and the height clearance with this is infinitely better (at least 3 inches more).One thing that did seem a bit weird to me is that the handles have a little 'give' a little when you're turning them. Almost feels like they're about to come off but this may be due to some rubber washers in use under the handles themselves. I have not normally encountered any faucet handles where it pushed down so easily when turning. Will have to see if this lasts.For the price, going to get another one to replace in my other bathroom (which has low faucet clearance).Great look, well made, and easy to install. But we returned the unit because the water didn't come out far enough into the basin for what we wanted. Our older Peerless faucet comes out way past the drain, but this one just meets the drain area. It was a personal choice, nothing wrong with the unit, loved the look and the design.Good quality product which was easy to install and works very well. Hard to avoid faucets today having so many nylon parts, but this one is pretty discrete on where you see and feel them. It does not feel cheap. I cannot attest to the durability of the finish. Where I live has very hard water and it is the mineralization which eventually kills faucets. I think the finish will likely out live the time where this needs replacement for a different reason.This faucet arrived in good condition and on time. While it does not have the solid feel of some other faucets (handles don't feel as solid as my Moen faucet when turning the water on and off) it is not surprising given this is not a high-end fixture. Watch the water spotting on the finish though.arrived as advertised and as scheduled.So happy with the prior faucets of this model that I bought two more for the other bathroomLooks really good.
