Has everything you need including a special wrench to make the job easier.This faucet was so pretty & worked well. Easy installation & would have recommended. Now the paint has started coming off where the water flows & one of the handles won’t stay in place & causes leaks. Was beautiful while it lasted.This my second one I've ordered, now I have in both of my bathroom sink. Love it.We needed to replace our previous faucet due to hard water and mineral deposits (that ruined the patina when cleaned). I wasnt able to replace this due to an injury. I was able to coach the wife through the process. The instructions were easy to follow. This particular model uses hoses that screw together, which is preferred to the snap on models. (Screw type are easier to disassemble.). So far the water flows well. It isnt a heavy force like some faucets but it flows with a good force. The patina has also held up well.This does not have a plunger, so be sure to buy a pop up replacement drain for it.I installed this in our downstairs bath last year. iI was happy with the installation and service up to this point; but while I haven't had issues others have experienced with leaks or odors, I have noticed that the finish on the spout has worn off at the outfall ledge. Of course, this has exposed the base metal casting. The "solid brass" construction looks like pot metal to me. We have some pretty hard water here in Phoenix, and the surface plating just won't hold up. I have Delta and Koehler products with oil rubbed bronze finishes elsewhere in the house and they are unaffected by the water. Since this faucet costs under $50.00, I believe this product is an outstanding example of the old adage "you get what you pay for". I'll be replacing this faucet a little later this year with an American made product.We bought this faucet because our old faucet wouldn't fit the new sink we bought. It does say it will fit a 4inch 3 hole fitting, however it did not. However, instead of replacing the faucet, which we loved the look and feel of - we returned the sink and bought a new sink. I would recommend not trying to fit this in a sink that is anything less than the standard 8 inch on center sink. We love the way it turned out and completed our bathroom remodel and happy we replaced the sink and not the faucet.UPDATE MAR 2021 - The set still looks great but the water flow has restricted to a very small stream. The faucet will start to turn on then just cuts back regardless of whether you run one or both. We tried taking the entire assembly apart, but found nothing apparent and no scale or buildup inside. One plug must be a flow restricter but we have been unable to fix it. It is only 1 1/2 years old so I would not buy another so soon. Too bad because otherwise we have been vey happy with it. I backed down to 3 stars because it didn't last longer.We absolutely love these faucets. They were easy to install and give a nice rich look on our biscuit color sink. The faucets turn to the side and work very nicely. It is also designed so that even with both faucets on, it does not come out so powerful to splash out. I'll probably stay away from harsh cleaning products just so the finish will last. We added a pop up drain to complete the set and it looks great! Exactly as shown in the picturesEasy to install and looks great. It did develop a small leak from the hot water valve after almost 3 years of use. I emailed BWE customer service provided them with the order number and they sent me a replacement valve which was very simple to install. Very satisfied with the product and the customer service.
