Very nice and well made.I bought three Delta Venetian Bronze hardware pieces for my newly remodeled bathroom. I prefer Venetian because of those pretty gold "scratches" that pop through the bronze finish. This towel rod is the perfect width and sturdy, I hang my towel out to dry every day. I can't answer how easy it was to install, because I handed it off to my contractor.I have no complaint whatsoever regarding the product. Shipping speed was good. My concern I’d about the return as I ended up not needing this product after all. It cost over 13.00 to return. While it still is a benefit to return - just be advised to be very certain you will need this.maybe measure, or wait until the very end of your project if you have any questionsWe're loving our new Delta bathroom hardware just installed in our recently renovated bathroom. The style is beautiful, function is exactly as it should be, and with the name Delta we know these should last many years.I am a manufacturer who uses extrusions and die cast parts and who also owns a powder coating company so I feel very confident in making the following observations. The actual cost of the components, finishing and packaging is somewhere is the low $7.00 dollar range for this product. No more no less. The steel tubing is incredibly thin walled, the finish is inconsistent from one Venetian Bronze product to the next and will not stand up over time and scratches very easy. They cut every corner they could in order to produce a low cost product which as described by others is not engineered correctly. It would rate higher if it was priced in the low $20's MSRP but it's not. Delta it seems is intent on selling cheaply made products for a premium price hoping consumers will not know the difference. Shame on you Delta as most consumers don't know what I know about how your products are made.This product is indicative of buying on line. Good pictures but not much in specifications or quality standards for the product.Do yourself a huge favor and stay away from Delta and such companies who don't embrace quality, craftsmanship or value for your money and perhaps they will someday raise their standards which are currently very low.Overall very good product. Just has a lot more plastic to it than i would like, but given it is on the cheaper side i can't conplain too much. Please watch as every piece i have in this style sticks out away from the wall considerable more than most i believe.Was looking for something to match existing fixtures. We weren't sure if the Venetian Bronze would be the same as the Oil-rubbed bronze, but it is.I have 3 very active and messy children from 6-17 years old. We needed more room on the towel rack so I got this. It holds heavy bath (slightly damp) towels nicely, but it is quite thin. You also need a good amount of room around it, or else you will hit yourself on it, which my husband has. Other than that, it does it's job.The first unit we received had a dent and visible defects on the two mounting posts. Returned it to Amazon, who promptly sent out a replacement. (Yay, Amazon!!) Unfortunately, the 2nd unit had the same defects in the exact same places: at the top and bottom (12 o'clock and 6 o'clock on the escutcheon plates).So I called Delta's Customer Service department, and sent them photos showing the defects. They quickly sent me a third unit. Sadly, it had the same defects.Arrived quickly in perfect condition...looks and quality are stunning in my ensuite. Thankyou!Excellent quality!Awesome product. Love them all!
